The ARCOS 2900 Chop Cleaver Yellow 297700 is a heavy-duty tool for chopping large cuts of meat, tendon and bone in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as butchery units of restaurants and cafés. The wide rectangular blade absorbs the impact of daily chopping work.
The 3 mm-thick blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, combining hardness with wear resistance even when chopping through bone. The yellow injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
