The ARCOS 2900 Steak Cleaver 298000 is designed for cutting and portioning steaks (Steak Cleaver, Filetera use) in institutional and commercial kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants.
The thin, 2 mm NITRUM® stainless steel blade makes precise steak portioning easier. The yellow polypropylene (PP) handle fits colour-coded kitchen equipment systems.
