The ARCOS 2900 Steak Cleaver 298200 is a working tool for slicing steaks and fillets in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and foodservice operations. A 280 mm blade, 2 mm thick, is thinner than a bone-chopping cleaver, giving a cleaner, more precise cut.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material. The yellow polypropylene handle is used for colour-coded food-category management on a production kitchen line.
