ARCOS has been making kitchen knives and cleavers in Spain since 1734, and the 2900 Cleaver 298600 carries on that tradition with a powerful, precise blade for splitting large cuts of meat in the meat section of institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants.
The yellow handle is attached to the blade by an injection system, making the joint nearly impossible to separate. For safety and hygiene, the handle is made of injected polypropylene designed to withstand impacts and drops.
