The G.Benedikt Melodie MEL0223 cup is the largest by capacity (215 ml) in the Melodie cup range from Czech manufacturer G. Benedikt Karlovy Vary, intended primarily for tea, though it works for coffee too. The plain white colour makes it neutral for any table setting, while the signature Melodie silhouette is easy to recognise among the rest of an institution's tableware.
This series' porcelain has thick walls, so the cup withstands the daily load in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens: it holds up to frequent washing and keeps its gloss and shape over time. The 215 ml capacity allows a full serving of tea or coffee without a top-up, which is convenient when serving a large number of visitors at once.
