A large-diameter plate is useful for canteens with a wide range of main courses, where a portion is served together with a side dish and sauce on a single plate. The Ameryka porcelain retains its appearance under daily, intensive washing in industrial dishwashers. The larger diameter suits facilities whose menu includes portions with several components served on one plate.
