Bed made of natural wood, without mattress

A bed made of natural wood (article 35870) is a children's sleeping area made of solid pine for preschool institutions, school boarding houses, children's health camps and rest rooms. The product is made of a furniture panel and timber, which makes the structure strong and durable at a moderate weight of about 12.1 kg. The main advantage of the model is transformation: a single bed can be rebuilt into a two-tier bed when required, allowing flexible planning of the bedroom space as the number of pupils changes.

Natural wood is the optimal material for children's institutions: it is eco-friendly, "breathes", does not accumulate static and is pleasant to the touch. The surfaces are sanded and coated with lacquer in a clear version, which preserves the natural pine grain, or in white — for a bright modern interior. The lacquer finish protects the wood from moisture and dirt and makes wet cleaning and disinfection easier. The sleeping area has standard dimensions of 1400×600 mm, so it is suitable for typical children's mattresses.
