The body is made of 16 mm laminated chipboard, with a 2.5 mm HDF back panel. The edges are finished with 1.0 and 0.5 mm PVC banding, which protects the board from chipping during daily use. The shaped doors open via a cut-out that replaces a handle: there are no protruding elements on the facade for a child to catch on, and all corners of the structure are rounded.
