Knock-Down 1-Section Book Shelving Unit with 6 Shelves

The single-section book shelving unit, 2100 mm tall, is a compact solution for spots where a wider model will not fit: a narrow wall section in a classroom, the space between windows, a reading corner in a kindergarten group or a head's office. Despite being only 740 mm wide, its six shelves hold a substantial collection of books, teaching aids and document folders.

The frame is metal and knock-down: 25×25 and 20×20 mm profile tubes and a d16 mm round tube with a 1.2 mm wall thickness, powder-coated in black moire. The shelves and back panel are made of 18 mm chipboard with edges sealed by 1 mm PVC banding. The 350 mm shelf pitch accommodates both tall publications and containers with materials. The legs are covered with caps that do not scratch linoleum or parquet.

How should the unit be maintained? Wet cleaning is sufficient: the powder-coated frame and the PVC edge on the shelves withstand regular washing.

Is the unit suitable for a kindergarten? Yes, the lower shelves are convenient for children's books, while the upper ones can hold the teacher's methodological materials.
