In the Fairy-Tale Express series, element 3 plays the role of a carriage with doors and shelves on a chrome support. It is a storage module for play and teaching materials in kindergarten group rooms and primary school classes: less frequently used items hide behind the doors, while the shelves keep everyday games and aids within reach. Together with the other elements of the series, the carriage lines up into a continuous fairy-tale train along the wall.
The structural feature of this element is a support made of chrome-plated round tube 25 mm in diameter, which gives the module lightness and stability. The body, doors and shelves are made of 16 mm laminated chipboard; the facade is edged with 1 mm PVC banding, other parts with 0.5 mm aluminium-coloured banding. The facades are decorated with themed MDF trims in red and white. The board colour can be chosen from three options: white, yellow or lime.
