High configurability.
Thanks to its modular construction, it can easily be upgraded to the user's requirements. The motor type and the travel speed at home and outdoors can be selected. A wide range of seats is available for the chair (including the Invacare Easy-Adapt seat). The width of the seat and backrest can be adjusted independently of each other. A telescopic seat lift lets the seat be lowered to a height of 40 cm for more convenient positioning at a table.
Ease of use.
The Storm chair was developed on the principle of ease of use. The width of the seat and backrest can be selected in a range from 38 cm to 53 cm and adjusted with just one tool. The batteries are easily removed and the electronic components are easy to access, so any necessary repairs can be carried out quickly.
Design.
The design of the Storm emphasises the sturdiness of its construction and its good driving characteristics. LED lighting adds to the appearance of the chair. The front elements of the chair can be decorated with coloured appliqués. The casing is available in various shades, and all painted parts can be easily replaced. Different seat covers are also available.
