The ISO student chair with a round-tube metal frame is built for equipping classrooms and meets the full set of relevant standards: DSTU GOST 22046:2004 "Furniture for educational institutions. Technical conditions", DSTU prEN 1729-1:2004 for geometry and functional dimensions, and DSTU ENV 1729-2:2004 for safety requirements.
The frame is made from round tubing 22 mm in diameter with a 1.5 mm wall thickness, powder-coated. All protruding ends of metal parts are covered with plastic caps or "shoes". The seat and backrest are made from bent-glued beech plywood 8 mm thick with a two-layer lacquer finish that improves wear resistance and durability.
The seat and back corners are rounded with an anatomical shape, fixed to the frame with special rivets that prevent injury, protect clothing, and stop students from taking the chair apart. The model is supplied for height groups 4, 5 and 6 in three frame colours.
