The KA-2 bed is used in maternity hospitals and family planning centers for women during the second and third stages of labor. It consists of a welded base and frame on two legs and two 80 mm castors.
The bed surface is split into head, back and pelvic sections with adjustable positioning, including horizontal and two Trendelenburg positions, plus five back-section and three head-section positions. The set includes a retractable step, stainless-steel waste tray, knee supports, foot and hand rests, and a three-section mattress.
