The 0555 swivel chair is designed for a teacher's workstation — in a classroom, office or staff room. The ergonomic design with height and tilt adjustment lets you quickly fit the chair to a user's height and posture, which matters during long hours of desk work or marking papers.
The seat is made of 12 mm bent-glued plywood padded with Zh2240 N40 grade foam and upholstered in fabric with a fleece backing. The backrest is an elastic mesh that keeps the back ventilated throughout the day. Seat height is adjusted via an AG-01 gas lift within a 130 mm range, and the TILT mechanism gives a paired 14° recline with locking of the seat and backrest in the horizontal position and adjustable recline tension. The base is a plastic cross with rubberised castors for smooth movement across the floor; armrests are plastic and non-adjustable.
