Reinforced Steel-Frame Bunk Bed

This reinforced bunk bed on a steel frame is designed for fitting out rooms in university dormitories, student camps and other residential facilities where extra structural strength and sleeping-place safety matter.

Overall dimensions are 1958x863x1784 mm, weight 101 kg. The bed consists of steel uprights, a ladder, bed-base frames, headboards, side rails and bed bases, with headboards featuring rounded corners. Wooden parts are made of 18 mm laminated chipboard, headboard and side-rail edges are faced with 1.0 mm PVC banding, bed-base edges with 0.5 mm banding. The steel uprights are made of 40x20x1.5 mm rectangular tube, and the ladder and bed-base frames of 20x20x1.5 mm square tube; the metal has a protective decorative powder coating. The ladder is fixed to the side rail with screws, with mounting holes provided on both the left and right. Plastic end caps on the frame legs prevent injury and floor damage.
