School Set No.3-6, Tilt-Top Desk and Chair

School set No.3–6 combines a desk with an adjustable worktop tilt angle on a round-tube frame and a T-frame chair made of natural plywood. It is a practical solution for primary and middle school classrooms: both items "grow" with the student within the growth groups, and the tilted worktop helps maintain the correct distance to notebooks and textbooks.

The ergonomically shaped desktop with rounded corners is made of 16 mm laminated chipboard with 1 mm PVC edging and has a cut-out on the student's side for deeper seating without posture distortion. The tilt angle adjusts via a growth-gauge type mechanism in steps of up to 3° within 0–16°; a cup hole is located on the right, with a pen tray and book stand holes in the middle. The knock-down frame is made of d32 and d25 mm round steel tube with 1.2 mm walls, with galvanised corner brackets and plates; the height is fixed with a through tie and a cap nut inside the tube. The chair consists of a 380×360 mm seat and a 380×200 mm backrest made of 8.5–9.5 mm bent-glued plywood coated with clear eco-friendly water-based lacquer; the seat depth is adjustable, and a polyurethane sleeve in the adjustment points ensures smooth, squeak-free operation.

Both frames feature holes with colour-coded growth group marks and an engraved scale, so a facility manager can quickly check settings across the whole classroom. The set complies with sanitary requirements for student furniture, comes with safe half-round fastening bolts, a manufacturer's warranty and delivery across Ukraine, including for tender purchases.

Are the book stand and pen cup included? No, the desktop has mounting holes for them, but the book stand and cup are ordered separately — we can add them to the invoice on request.

How difficult is assembly after delivery? The frame is knock-down and ships compactly; assembly requires only standard tools following the scheme, and all fastenings have a safe half-round shape.

How can we verify correct height settings in the classroom? A hole in the lower part of the frame reveals the colour circle of the growth group, and an engraved scale is marked on the metal — checking takes seconds without disassembling the furniture.
