School Set on Square Tube No. 4-6: Double Desk and 2 HPL Chairs

This school furniture set covers a classroom's needs with a single order line: a double desk with a book shelf on a square-tube frame and two T-frame chairs with HPL facing. The desk's metal parts are made of 25×25 and 20×20 mm square tube (1.2 mm wall) with protective powder enamel. Height is set with bolts through frame holes; a plastic transition bushing between frame and leg keeps the joint tight with no play. The rounded-corner worktop is 18 mm laminated chipboard with 1 mm PVC edging; the front panel and book shelf are 16 mm chipboard with 0.5 mm PVC. The chairs (seat 380×360 mm, backrest 380×200 mm) are built from 8.5–9.5 mm bent plywood faced with 0.4–0.5 mm HPL; seat height adjusts within 380–460 mm and seat depth is adjustable as well.

Which grades does the 4–6 range suit? Roughly primary to middle school: the desk adjusts between 640 and 760 mm and the chairs between 380 and 460 mm, so one set serves several age groups.

What does the HPL facing add? HPL protects the plywood from scratches and moisture: surfaces can be washed frequently, do not dull and stay presentable much longer than plain lacquer.
