School Set on Flat-Oval Tube No. 4-7: Double Desk and 2 HPL Chairs

This desk-and-chairs set provides a complete workstation for two students with room to grow. The desk adjusts across four height groups No. 4–7 (640, 700, 760 and 820 mm) and the chairs cover groups No. (4)5–7, so the same furniture serves pupils from middle through senior school without replacement.

The desk frame is welded from flat-oval tubes 50×30, 38×20 and 30×15 mm plus round Ø25 mm tubes, finished with scratch-resistant powder enamel. Plastic bushings in the adjustment joints ensure smooth, squeak-free height changes; a colour-marked inspection hole and a laser-engraved scale on the frame make it easy to verify the current height group. The worktop with an under-top shelf is made of laminated chipboard from 16 mm thick with 1.0/0.5 mm PVC edging, and metal hooks on the side rails hold school bags. The T-frame chairs have seats and backrests of 8.5–9.5 mm bent plywood faced with 0.4–0.5 mm HPL laminate that withstands daily cleaning and heavy use; seat depth is adjustable, and the cap-nut tie bolt inside the tube cannot work loose.

For procurement teams this is a one-line-item classroom solution: 4 frame colours (grey, light green, yellow, graphite) and 6 HPL shades (beech, milk oak, light blue, jasmine, grey, pearl artisan beech). How do we set the correct height for a class? The frame has a colour-coded inspection hole and a laser-engraved scale for height groups — staff can set the desk to No. 4, 5, 6 or 7 with ordinary bolts and standard tools.

Why choose HPL chairs over lacquered ones? The 0.4–0.5 mm HPL laminate is far more resistant to abrasion and moisture than lacquered plywood: seats endure regular wet cleaning and keep their appearance under intensive use.

Can we mix colours within one order? Yes — 4 frame colours and 6 HPL shades can be combined freely, so you can style classrooms uniformly or colour-code parallel classes.
