Double School Desk with Shelf, Height Group No. 6

This double school desk with a shelf, group No. 6, is a two-seater student desk with a fixed height of 760 mm for senior-school classrooms where the students' height group is constant. The absence of an adjustment mechanism is an advantage in such rooms: the structure is rigid.

The frame is welded from square metal tube 20x20 mm with a scratch-resistant, easy-care powder polymer coating. The tabletop with rounded corners is made of 18 mm laminated chipboard with 1 mm PVC edging; the front panel and the shelf are made of 16 mm laminated chipboard with 0.5 mm PVC edging. The under-top shelf holds the textbooks and notebooks of both students, keeping the work surface clear.

Is the height of this desk adjustable? No, the model has a fixed height of 760 mm (height group No. 6). This is a deliberate choice for senior classrooms: fewer moving joints mean higher rigidity and a longer service life.

Which rooms does group No. 6 suit? Senior-school classrooms and lecture rooms used by students of the corresponding height — for example, subject classrooms under a room-based teaching system.

What if adjustment is needed? Consider the similar desk with a shelf for groups No. 4-6 with a 640-760 mm adjustable height — it suits classes with mixed student heights.
