School Desk, Single Student Desk without Shelf, Groups 4-7

This single student desk without a shelf adjusts across height groups 4–7 and is intended for middle and senior school classrooms. The absence of a shelf is a deliberate choice for rooms where textbooks are kept in lockers or backpacks: nothing gets in the way of the legs under the tabletop, the desk is easier to move around during rearrangements, and cleaning the classroom is faster.

The ergonomic tabletop with corners rounded on all sides has an extended depth of 597 mm — enough room for a notebook, a textbook and a tablet at the same time. The wooden parts are made of 18 mm laminated chipboard, and the edges are banded with impact-resistant 1.8–2 mm PVC. A modesty panel is fitted between the metal frames, with a bag hook on the side post. The frame of round d32 and d25 mm tubes has a powder coating; the height is repositioned with bolts through the frame holes with a plastic transition sleeve at 640, 700, 760 and 820 mm. Plastic end caps on the tube ends protect the floor.

How does this model differ from the version with a tray? It is the same base: a version with a pull-out plastic tray under the tabletop can be ordered if needed, while the basic shelf-free version costs less and is easier to maintain.

How quickly can the height be reset for another height group? The bolts through the frame holes are loosened with a standard wrench; the plastic sleeve ensures an even, play-free connection, so resetting takes a few minutes per desk.

Where does the student hang a backpack if there is no shelf? A hook is provided on the side post of the frame — the backpack does not stand in the aisle or occupy the neighbouring seat, which matters for evacuation requirements.
