School Desk, Student Desk for Group Work, Gr. 4-6

The student desk for group work, groups 4–6, is a lightweight model on round legs used to build group zones in maths rooms, STEM classrooms and other learning spaces. At just 8.28 kg, even middle-school students can move the desks easily, so the room layout can change for every lesson format — from individual work to large team "islands".

The 900×550 mm desktop has an ergonomic shape with corners rounded on all sides; it is made of 18 mm laminated chipboard with PVC-banded edges. The frame is welded from round tubes 32 and 25 mm in diameter and powder-coated; plastic end caps on the tube ends protect the floor during frequent moves and prevent injuries. The height adjusts with screws through the frame and leg holes with a plastic transition sleeve in three positions: 640 mm (group 4), 700 mm (group 5), 760 mm (group 6). Five frame colours, including black, allow colour-based zoning of the space.

How many desks are needed for a group zone? The desktop shape is designed for docking: two desks form a working pair, four to six make a large group "island". The quantity depends on the room size — we can help with the calculation.

Will the floor survive frequent rearrangement? Yes: plastic end caps on the round legs do not scratch linoleum or parquet, and the low weight reduces strain when carrying.
