The modular mobile desk "Trapezoid" extends the modular furniture range with shapes suited to building long rows or wave-like arrangements in a classroom. Its trapezoid tabletop lets several desks join into a straight working line with no gaps between tabletops.
The desk consists of a steel frame and a tabletop joined by a screw tie. The frame is made of 20x20x1.2 mm, Ø27x1.2 mm and Ø22x1.2 mm tube, powder coated in two separate colours for the upper and lower parts of the frame. Height is adjusted via telescopically joined tubes of different diameters with a plastic coupling and a special screw tie, within growth groups 2 to 6. Unlike the triangular models in the series, this desk has two support legs fitted with casters, which makes moving the longer unit easier. The tabletop is coloured chipboard, 16 mm thick, E1 emission class, edged with at least 2 mm PVC banding.
The desk complies with DSTU GOST 22046:2004, its functional dimensions with DSTU prEN 1729-1:2004, and safety requirements with DSTU ENV 1729-2:2004.
