Student table single with height adjustment (table top - WERZALIT).
Overall size 630х450хН, Н = 580, 640, 700 mm. accordingly for the 3rd, 4th or 5th growth group or Н = 640, 700, 760 mm. accordingly for the 4th, 5th or 6th growth group .
The table-top is made of WERZALIT material. The surface is beige or light gray. The size is 630х450 mm.
All corners and ends of countertops are oval and completely covered with HPL-plastic (without joining seams). The tabletop has a recess for pencils and pens.
WERZALIT is a unique, one-of-a-kind high-tech method of pressing selected wood chips with polymer resins. Fine and dry chips are mixed with artificial resins that do not contain formaldehyde, based on melamine glue. The result of this technology was a seamless, inseparable unity of base and surface.
In terms of formaldehyde release, WERZALIT products meet the current international standard E1 and do not contain such toxic substances as phosphates, isocyanates, lindane and PCP.
WERZALIT is:
- lack of joining seams and edges;
- high water resistance, resistance to weather conditions in all climatic zones;
- minimum swelling in accordance with standard EN 317;
- high resistance to temperature from -50C to + 90C at long influence and to + 180C - at short-term influence;
- high mechanical resistance according to EN 310, 319 and 438 (does not leave scratches on the surface);
- resistance to chemicals in accordance with EN 438;
- high light fastness;
- product quality guarantee up to 5 years.
Side racks of the table - metal, welded construction, adjustable in height, are made of round pipes Ø 22, 27 and flat-oval pipe with a cross section of 38x20mm. Wall thickness not less than 1.2 mm. Height adjustment is carried out by means of 4 telescopic couplings.
Hooks for hanging backpacks are welded to both racks of a metal framework.
Coating of metal parts - powder coating.
All protruding ends of metal parts are closed with plastic caps, or "shoes".
The front panel and shelf are made of laminated chipboard of emission class E-1, at least 16 mm. thick and are lined with PVC edge 0.5 mm. thick.
