This single student desk with height and tabletop tilt adjustment suits classrooms that need furniture adaptable to students of different heights without replacing the whole set. Thanks to pivoting elements, the tabletop can be set to two positions — flat or tilted 8° — convenient for both writing and reading.
The desk's side supports are a welded steel structure, height-adjustable, made from square tube 25x25x1.2 mm and 20x20x1.2 mm; adjustment uses four telescopic sleeves covering growth groups 3 through 6 (dimensions: 600x575xH, H = 580, 640, 700 or 760 mm, adjustable from group 3 to 5 or from group 4 to 6). Metal parts are powder coated, protruding tube ends are capped with plastic "shoe" plugs, and backpack hooks are welded to both supports. Panel elements are 16 mm laminated chipboard, emission class E1; the tabletop is finished in 2 mm PVC edging, other parts in 0.5 mm, with rounded corners. The tabletop includes a pen cup and stationery tray, a stop on the student's side to prevent notebooks sliding off, an anti-scoliosis cutout, and a shelf beneath the worktop.
