Sled-base school chair on round tube, size 4-6 is a student chair for lower and middle grades with a cantilever sled base. The continuous runners rest on the floor along two lines instead of four legs: this provides lateral stability, distributes the load evenly and leaves no point dents on the covering, while the chair is easy to slide along a row during cleaning.

The frame is welded from round tube with a powder coating; the runners have plastic pads that dampen noise and protect the floor. The seat and backrest are made of bent-glued plywood finished with a clear lacquer, corners rounded to prevent injury.
