School skid-base chair on a square tube, sizes 4-6, HPL coated is a student chair for junior and middle grades that combines a stable skid base with a wear-resistant plastic coating on the seat and backrest. The runners spread the load evenly across the floor, while HPL 0.4–0.5 mm thick protects the plywood from scratches and moisture, so the chair keeps its look longer than lacquered versions.

The seat and backrest are made of bent-glued plywood 8.5–9.5 mm thick and coated with HPL plastic; corners are rounded to prevent injury, and the seat depth is adjustable. The steel frame is welded from square tubes 25×25×1.2 and 20×20×1.2 mm with a powder coating. Height is set with screws through frame holes at 380 mm (size 4), 430 mm (size 5) and 460 mm (size 6). Special caps on the runners prevent floor damage and injury to students.
