T-Shaped School Chair with Anatomical Seat, No. 5-7

This T-shaped school chair with an anatomical seat (article 132450F) is an adjustable model for middle and senior classes, height groups No. (4)5-7. Its feature is the anatomical recess of the seat, which sets a correct body position and gently encourages the student to straighten the back during long lessons.

The seat and backrest are made of bent-glued plywood (8.5-9.5 mm) and coated with a clear eco-friendly water-based lacquer that preserves the natural look of the wood. The front edge of the seat has a rounded bend with a perpendicular cut — this improves tactile comfort and prevents injuries and snagged clothing. The corners of the seat and backrest are rounded. The T-shaped metal frame is welded from flat-oval tubes 50x30, 38x20 and 30x15 mm with a powder coating. Height is adjusted with screws through the frame holes: 430 mm (No. 5), 460 mm (No. 6), 510 mm (No. 7), and the seat is additionally adjustable in depth. Plastic end caps on the frame protect the floor and prevent injuries.

This is the basic lacquered version — more affordable than the HPL counterpart (article 132450F HPL) with the same anatomical shape and frame. The model pairs with adjustable T-shaped desks of the same height range and suits classroom procurement, including public tenders. How does this model differ from the HPL version? Here the plywood is coated with a water-based lacquer rather than HPL laminate. The lacquered version is more affordable; HPL is chosen where furniture is washed frequently. The anatomical shape and frame are identical in both.
