The Turbo Air TBC-50SB beverage cooler is a horizontal chest-style unit with sliding lids for chilled storage and display of bottled and canned drinks — juices, water, dairy beverages. It is built for refreshment counters and serving lines in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens that need to keep a large stock of cold drinks on hand throughout the day.
The cabinet is stainless steel, finished on the SB version with a durable, wear-resistant black vinyl exterior. The countertop and sliding lids are made of heavy-gauge stainless steel, which makes sanitation easier and extends service life. The compressor is mounted on the side of the unit with front air intake, so it can be serviced without moving the cabinet and stays efficient even in tight spaces. The condenser features a patented self-cleaning system: a fine mesh filter traps dust while a rotating brush moves up and down daily to clear the buildup. The unit runs on hydrocarbon R-600a refrigerant, an eco-friendly alternative to traditional refrigerants.
