HURAKAN HKN-BCS143F Bar Freezer Cabinet

The HURAKAN HKN-BCS143F bar freezer cabinet is built for storing frozen semi-finished products, desserts and portioned prep items in bar areas of school and kindergarten canteens, hospital cafes and other foodservice operations that need their own freezer capacity next to the bar or serving counter.

The 143 L cabinet holds a -18…-22°C temperature range on a static cooling system running on R600a refrigerant. A bar counter is a high-humidity environment: the large gap between the freezer compartment and the room causes noticeable condensation on the outer body. That is why the body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel, which needs no protective coating and does not corrode under constant condensation and wet cleaning. Wall insulation is 50 mm thick, there are 2 shelves inside, control is via an electronic panel, and the door locks. The static system has no fan, so items on the shelves are not blown by air — frozen desserts and portioned items stay free of frost from airflow, and the unit runs without cycling noise. The cabinet moves on 2 casters and 2 legs — roll it on the casters for cleaning, or set it steady on the legs in its working position.
