The HURAKAN HKN-UF100G bar freezer cabinet is designed for storing ice cream, frozen semi-finished products, ice and portioned items at bar counters, cafeterias and buffets of foodservice operations. Its compact countertop format and glass swing doors let staff see the contents without opening the door, speeding up service at the counter and reducing cold-air loss.
The cabinet body is made of painted metal, and the interior chamber is aluminum, which spreads cold more evenly across the walls under static cooling without forced air circulation. A compressor system running on R290 refrigerant maintains the -15…-22°C working range. The 88 L chamber and three shelves let staff organize stock by category and portion.
