The Tekhnoholod БХН-2,5 «Alaska M» low-temperature display case is a mid-length 2500 mm module in the Ukrainian manufacturer's line of freezer cases. It is designed for storing frozen semi-finished products, ice cream, fish and other deep-frozen goods in medium-format sales floors, as well as in shops and kitchens at educational and healthcare institutions, where reliability and compliance with sanitary requirements matter.
The unit operates in temperature class L1 at an operating temperature of -22…-18°C. Refrigeration capacity is 1375 W, or 875 W with glass modules fitted. 144 mm side panels provide insulation, and air speed inside the case does not exceed 0.2 m/s. Power is supplied from a three-phase 380V network, with electrical power of 304 W and defrost power of 2800 W.
