The Tekhnoholod БХН-3,75 «Alaska M» freezer display case is low-temperature refrigerated retail equipment from a Ukrainian manufacturer, designed for long-term storage of frozen goods: semi-finished products, ice cream, fish and other items requiring a stable sub-zero regime. At 3750 mm, it is the longest module in the «Alaska M 150» line, making it suitable for large supermarket sales floors as well as kitchens and shops at educational and healthcare institutions with substantial storage volumes.
The unit belongs to temperature class L1 with an operating temperature of -22…-18°C. Refrigeration capacity is 2062 W, or 1312 W with glass modules fitted. Reinforced insulation is provided by 144 mm side panels, and air speed inside the case does not exceed 0.2 m/s, keeping the microclimate stable. Power is supplied from a three-phase 380V network, with electrical power of 413 W and defrost power of 4800 W.
