The GoodFood SMG18 is a compact granita/slush machine for making frozen fruit ice, chilled drinks and cold desserts. It suits buffets and cafeterias in schools, medical facilities, coffee shops and quick-service outlets.
Liquid in the bowl is cooled to -5...0°C while an auger keeps stirring it so it never fully freezes, producing a smooth frozen drink dispensed through a tap. Controls are touch-panel. Tank capacity is 2.4 L with a recommended working load of up to 1.8 L. Compact dimensions of 420×190×410 mm and a weight of 8.3 kg allow placement on a counter or bar.
