The BRILLIS BGN3-R290-EF is a professional refrigerated prep table for high-volume kitchens: three refrigeration compartments under the worktop replace a separate fridge cabinet while providing a full food-prep station. Suited to large-scale catering in schools, hospitals, cafes, canteens and restaurants. The body, worktop and adjustable legs are stainless steel.
Each of the three chambers accommodates GN 1/1 gastronorm pans (325x530 mm) and is fitted with a powerful fan for dynamic cooling. The table holds a -2...+8°C range, defrosts and evaporates condensate automatically, and runs on an electronic controller; the compressor unit is side-mounted.
Features
- A 60 mm rear splashback protects the wall from splashes.
- Damper-equipped door hinges hold doors open when opened past 90°.
- Rounded internal corners and a removable rubber door seal make cleaning easier.
- Insulation is polyurethane foam with a density of 35/40 kg/m3.
- The evaporator sits in the middle of each chamber for even cooling.
- Stable operation at ambient temperatures up to +43°C and humidity up to 65%.
