The BRILLIS S901 is a two-door refrigerated table for professional kitchens, designed for long-term food storage at a set temperature. It suits kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and food-service businesses that prepare large volumes of meals every day.
The worktop is made of stainless steel — a durable, corrosion-resistant material that is easy to clean and holds up well under intensive daily use. The model has no cut-out for gastronorm pans, so the full worktop area is available for work. The refrigeration unit sits at the bottom of the table, giving easy access for servicing. 50 mm insulated walls keep the temperature stable even during short power interruptions.
