The BRILLIS S903Т is a three-door refrigerated table for professional kitchens that combines reliable food storage at a controlled temperature with a convenient work surface for meal preparation. It suits kitchens in educational and healthcare facilities, restaurants and food-service businesses with a heavy daily workload.
The worktop is made of stainless steel, resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion and easy to maintain. The model has no cut-out for gastronorm pans, so the full work surface can be used. The refrigeration unit is positioned at the bottom of the unit for convenient servicing. The cooling system combines static cooling with a fan, distributing temperature evenly throughout the interior chamber. 50 mm insulated walls maintain stable temperature even during short power interruptions.
