The HURAKAN HKN-PZG2S is a 2-door refrigerated pizza prep table with a granite worktop. It is used in foodservice kitchens, school and kindergarten canteens that need a convenient chilled workstation for slicing and storing ingredients.
The working temperature range is -2…+8°C, with dynamic cooling (forced air circulation) that keeps temperature even throughout the cabinet. The body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel, and the granite worktop resists load and mechanical wear during food prep. The unit has two refrigerated compartments with doors.
