The BRILLIS BGL3 Freezer Table is a three-door model from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS for processing and storing food at sub-zero temperatures. It combines a freezer cabinet with a worktop, making it a good fit for kitchens in schools, hospitals and other institutions with high food-prep volumes, as well as restaurant, cafe and food-service kitchens.
The body and worktop are made of stainless steel, the legs are height-adjustable, interior corners are rounded, and the gasket can be removed for easier cleaning. The unit is fairly large, but it effectively combines two appliances — a freezer cabinet and a worktop — saving kitchen space. Cooling is dynamic, with the evaporator placed in the middle of the chamber for even cold distribution.
