The BRILLIS СN3100 three-door freezer table combines a cook's worktop with a spacious freezer compartment split into three sections. It is built for the daily workload of a school or hospital kitchen that needs to prepare food and keep frozen stock within reach at the same time.
Total chamber capacity is 418 L, with 282 L of usable space. Three doors give access to three compartments fitted with 528x326 mm shelves, and the temperature is held between -18 and -22°C. The body, worktop and inner chamber are made of AISI 201 stainless steel, and the legs are height-adjustable to make levelling on an uneven floor easier.
