The HURAKAN HKN-GXRC3GN is a professional 3-door refrigerated table for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as foodservice businesses, combining a work surface with chilled storage to save valuable kitchen floor space. The three-door layout lets staff separate storage by food group — raw ingredients, cooked dishes, vegetables, dairy — in line with sanitary requirements for institutional kitchens.
The 392 L refrigerated chamber maintains a -2…+8°C range typical for short-term storage of chilled semi-finished products and ready meals before service. Dynamic cooling with forced air circulation evens out the temperature across the chamber and quickly recovers after the doors are opened, which matters on a serving line where doors open several times a minute. The AISI 201 stainless steel body has 55 mm wall insulation to cut heat loss and reduce compressor load, running on R290 refrigerant.
