Apach AFM04 Refrigerated Counter, 4 Doors

The Apach AFM04 refrigerated counter is professional refrigeration equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach, designed for medium-temperature storage of food right in the cooking area. Counters like this are installed in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as in foodservice businesses that need a convenient workstation with a refrigerated section under the worktop.

The AFM04 features 4 doors and an internal capacity of 620 L, allowing products to be sorted by category and enough raw material stored for a full work shift. The chamber temperature range is 0 to +10°C, making the counter suitable for short-term storage of vegetables, dairy products and ready semi-finished goods. The body is made of stainless steel inside and out, meeting sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. Doors are self-closing with magnetic gaskets, cooling is ventilated with automatic defrost, and 40 mm thick insulation is made of CFC-free, high-pressure injected polyurethane. An electronic control panel simplifies temperature management, while the tropicalized climate class (ambient temperature up to +43°C, humidity 65%) allows the unit to operate reliably even in demanding kitchen conditions.
