HURAKAN HKN-GXRC4GN 4-Door Refrigerated Prep Table

The HURAKAN HKN-GXRC4GN 4-door refrigerated prep table is the widest model in the Hurakan prep table lineup, built for kitchens with a long cold-prep line. A 2230×700 mm work surface and 553 L total cabinet volume cover several prep stations at once, without joining two separate units. The table suits school and hospital kitchens as well as foodservice operations with a broad menu.

The cabinet is split into four independent sections, roughly 138 L each, one per door. This lets kitchens sort ingredients by type: meat prep in one section, fish or seafood in another, vegetables in a third, sauces and finished semi-products in the fourth. Opening one section does not affect the temperature in the others. Dynamic cooling with forced air circulation spreads cold evenly through the cabinet and recovers quickly after each door opening — important for a busy line where doors open dozens of times per shift. The temperature range is -2...+8°C, the refrigerant is R290, the body is AISI 201 stainless steel, and the energy class is C.
