The Frosty GN 4100TN refrigerated prep table is a four-door chiller section under a single stainless steel worktop, sized for kitchens with a high turnover of ingredients: school canteens, kindergartens, hospital kitchens and foodservice operations. Four separate compartments let staff sort ingredients by type instead of mixing them in a single cavity.
The worktop has no raised splash guard, so the table fits flush into a production line next to other equipment. The compressor unit is side-mounted for easier service access, the interior is sized for GN gastronorm containers, and the doors are self-closing. The model comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
