The Tefcold GS91 saladette is compact refrigeration equipment for preparing salads, cold starters and pizza toppings right at the cook's workstation. Thanks to its low height (877 mm), it fits neatly into a line of work surfaces in a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen.
The 225 L interior has two solid hinged doors and two adjustable grid shelves sized for GN 1/1 pans. The body is AISI 304 stainless steel, cooling is fan-assisted with automatic defrost, and the legs are height-adjustable.
