The Tefcold GS92 saladette extends the range of refrigerated prep tables with a polypropylene cutting board included, letting staff chop ingredients for salads or cold dishes right next to where they are stored chilled. The model suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that prepare food in small batches.
The 225 L interior features two solid hinged doors and two adjustable grid shelves sized for GN 1/1 pans. The top section can optionally accept GN pans.
