The Tefcold SA 910-I salad prep table combines a refrigerated cabinet for ingredient storage with a work surface for preparing salads, sandwiches and cold starters in a single unit. It belongs to Tefcold's gastronorm series: the top section houses compartments for GN pans, covered by a lid that serves as the chef's working surface when closed.
The 230 L refrigerated compartment is enclosed by two solid hinged doors and fitted with two wire shelves sized for GN1/1 pans. The +2..+10°C temperature range is maintained by ventilated (dynamic) cooling, with R600A refrigerant meeting current environmental requirements. Storage conditions are monitored via a digital controller with a temperature display on the front panel.
