The Tefcold SA 912 salad prep table is a more compact version of the gastronorm series, featuring a single solid door and pull-out drawers for prepared ingredients. This format suits settings that need a small refrigerated section paired with an easily accessible drawer storage area.
The refrigerated compartment holds 230 L and includes one wire shelf sized for GN1/1 pans plus two pull-out drawers for GN1/1 containers used to store ingredients separately. The top of the table holds compartments for GN pans with prepared ingredients, covered by a lid that acts as a work surface when closed. The +2..+10°C range is maintained by ventilated cooling with R600A refrigerant.
