The Tefcold SA 914 salad prep table relies entirely on pull-out drawers: instead of solid doors, the refrigerated compartment is fitted with four GN1/1 drawers. This layout speeds up access to ingredients during busy cooking periods — staff simply pull out the drawer they need instead of opening a door and letting the whole compartment warm up.
The refrigerated compartment holds 230 L. The top of the table houses compartments for GN pans with prepared ingredients, covered by a lid that serves as a work surface when closed. The +2..+10°C range is maintained by ventilated (dynamic) cooling, with R600A refrigerant.
