The BRILLIS BN14-M-R290-EF refrigerator cabinet is essential equipment for the storeroom or kitchen of a large canteen, cafe or restaurant, as well as catering facilities in schools, kindergartens and healthcare institutions. Made of food-grade stainless steel for a long service life without corrosion. Two hinged doors and a 1400 L capacity suit medium to large kitchens.
The cabinet has eight shelves sized for GN 2/1 gastronorm pans (530x650 mm), with 62 height positions available for adjustment. Cooling is dynamic, keeping the temperature even on every shelf, and the fans switch off automatically when a door is opened. The temperature range is -2...+8°C, controlled via a remote panel.
