The BRILLIS BN8P is a compact single-door refrigerated cabinet from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS, designed for storing food in bakeries, pastry shops, and institutional kitchens such as schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities. With an 850 L capacity it handles daily kitchen workload, while its compact footprint fits even limited spaces.
The body and door are made of stainless steel — corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Inside there are 14 levels for trays, fitting up to 28 dough boxes or trays sized 600×400 mm in two rows, or 14 trays sized 600×800 mm. An 85 mm wall thickness and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation keep the chamber airtight and the temperature stable.
